About me

I am passionate about the changes and the challenges that come with the change and I look at it as an opportunity rather than as a problem.

I have been helping managers and leaders for almost two decades to achieve their own and their team’s goals, growth and development by exploring opportunities.

My qualifications and 22 years of leadership experience in a multinational environment –in sales, HR and Corporate Affairs- allow me to work with experience and practise based methodology beside the theories.
